Lead Construction Brownfield Site Engineer – Offshore Water Injection Project

About the role

The Lead Construction Brownfield Site Engineer will direct all brownfield construction activities for an offshore water injection project. Working on existing offshore facilities, you will ensure safe, efficient execution of modifications, tie‑ins, and equipment installations while minimizing impact on ongoing production.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and manage brownfield construction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee installation, replacement and modification of process piping, water injection pumps and skids, valves, pressure equipment, structural steel, electrical, instrumentation and control systems, and mechanical packages.
• Ensure work complies with approved work packs, procedures, drawings, specifications, HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Act as the primary interface between construction, operations, commissioning, engineering and contractor teams.
• Maintain daily execution schedules, secure work fronts and manage site logistics in an offshore environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading brownfield construction on offshore facilities.
• Strong knowledge of offshore safety, HSE and quality management.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience with water injection systems and related infrastructure is essential.
