Lead Cybersecurity Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Lead Cybersecurity Consultant to join our cybersecurity practice and drive end‑to‑end engagements. The role combines technical leadership, client‑facing consulting and delivery ownership across pre‑sales, solution design, project execution and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Support sales and business development teams during pre‑sales engagements, including requirements discovery, solution design, effort estimation and proposal input.
• Take ownership of end‑to‑end delivery of cybersecurity engagements, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and to agreed quality standards.
• Oversee and contribute to services across multiple domains such as Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC), security incident management, threat detection and defense, vulnerability assessment and penetration testing, and security engineering and architecture.
• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customer engagements, managing expectations, communicating progress and addressing delivery risks.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity best practices, frameworks and regulatory requirements, reviewing and validating key deliverables for technical accuracy.
• Contribute to the definition and enhancement of the cybersecurity solutions and services portfolio, evaluating new technologies and managing vendor relationships.

Required profile

• Proven experience in cybersecurity consulting with a track record of leading complex engagements.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients and provide internal technical leadership.
• Strong client communication skills, capable of translating complex concepts for technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Leadership experience managing consulting and engineering teams during project execution.
• Experience identifying and mitigating delivery risks to protect timelines and quality.
