Lead Delivery Engineer

About the role

Open Innovation AI is seeking a senior Lead Delivery Engineer to own end‑to‑end AI infrastructure deployments in Abu Dhabi. You will coordinate on‑site activities, ensure hardware is correctly installed, and bring the Open Innovation platform to operational status on cutting‑edge NVIDIA HGX GPU servers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead on‑site deployment teams, coordinating rack‑and‑stack, cabling, storage commissioning and network fabric bring‑up.
• Provision and configure operating systems, set up Kubernetes clusters, and install Open Innovation products.
• Produce low‑level designs (LLDs) and as‑built documentation for each engagement.
• Serve as the senior technical point of contact for customers and internal teams.
• Define and enforce deployment standards and best practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands‑on experience in data‑center engineering and AI infrastructure.
• Proven ability to lead complex, multi‑vendor deployments in customer environments.
• Strong communication skills to keep customers and internal stakeholders informed.
