Lead Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Infrastructure & Cloud Engineer to own and optimise our on‑premises and cloud environments. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership of infrastructure modernisation, migration and automation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS and Group Policies.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID, Entra Connect, SSO, MFA and Conditional Access policies.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender, Purview).
• Design, implement and monitor Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure solutions.
• Plan and execute infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching and lifecycle activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards and operational best practices.
• Collaborate with application, cybersecurity, database and network teams to maintain service availability.
• Oversee backup, storage and virtualisation platforms and drive automation of routine tasks.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of experience in infrastructure and cloud engineering.
• Proven L2/L3 support experience with Microsoft technologies.
• Strong background in identity and access management.
• Experience leading infrastructure modernisation or cloud migration projects.
