Lead Infrastructure, Cloud & Network Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a seasoned Lead Infrastructure, Cloud & Network Engineer to oversee and optimise our on‑premises, cloud, and network environments. The role combines deep technical expertise with leadership to ensure high availability, security, and performance of critical IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows Server environments, including OS upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, DFS, Group Policies, Azure AD, and Azure AD Connect.
• Provide L2/L3 support for Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, Defender and Purview.
• Design, configure and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN and Internet connectivity across multiple sites.
• Implement and troubleshoot switching (VLAN, STP, LACP) and routing protocols (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, static routing, policy‑based routing).
• Oversee wireless infrastructure, IP addressing, subnetting, redundancy and failover mechanisms.
• Support cloud platforms including Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Ensure compliance with IT governance, security standards and capacity planning.

Required profile

• 5‑8 years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure, cloud and network engineering.
• Strong background in Microsoft technologies and enterprise networking.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor junior staff.
