About the role
The Lead Response Officer will act as the first point of contact for all incoming leads—whether they arrive via the website, walk‑ins, call centre or consultants. You will respond promptly, assess each lead against predefined criteria and qualify them before passing them to the Business Setup Executive.
Key responsibilities
- Answer all new leads within strict timelines using phone, email or chat.
- Use standard questioning, the CRM and marketing automation tools to assess opportunity status.
- Enter and update lead information in the system, ensuring complete initial qualification.
- Allocate qualified leads to the Business Setup team for further engagement.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of DMCC Free Zone offerings, competition, regulations and company formation processes.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in a similar lead‑handling or customer‑facing role.
- Proficient in office administration and able to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Strong time‑management abilities.
