Lead Technical Safety Engineer – NGL/Gas Processing

About the role

KBR is seeking a Lead Technical Safety Engineer to join its Sustainable Technology Solutions team on a PMC project focused on NGL and gas processing. The role is based in Abu Dhabi and will contribute to delivering future‑forward science, technology and engineering solutions that support government and corporate objectives while advancing sustainability goals. KBR’s team of teams delivers mission‑critical services worldwide, leveraging world‑class licensed process technologies and high‑end design capabilities. The engineer will be responsible for ensuring technical safety across the asset life‑cycle of large‑scale oil and gas projects.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 + years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
• Proven track record on mega FEED/EPC projects valued over US$1 billion.
• Experience with EPC and detailed engineering phases.
• Hands‑on involvement in NGL and gas processing plant projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
