Lead Video Creative Strategist – Short‑Form Ads (DTC E‑Commerce)

About the role

We are looking for a Lead Video Creative Strategist to join our fast‑growing, founder‑led DTC e‑commerce company in Dubai. Reporting to the CEO and Head of Operations, you will drive short‑form video ad performance across Meta and TikTok for high‑growth physical‑product brands.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of 4–5 video editors, setting quality standards, reviewing work and providing feedback.
• Own the weekly creative testing pipeline, developing concepts, hooks, angles and formats for Meta and TikTok.
• Write clear creative briefs that enable editors to execute without unnecessary back‑and‑forth.
• Collaborate with the media buying team to interpret performance data and decide which ads to scale, iterate or pause.
• Hands‑on edit urgent tests, new angles, A+ concepts or revisions when needed.
• Track and report on creative metrics such as hook rate, hold rate, CTR, CPA and ROAS contribution.
• Stay current on trends in DTC, physical‑product, UGC‑style and short‑form performance creative.
• Build systems, SOPs and workflows that allow the creative team to scale efficiently.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience producing, directing or strategizing performance video ads for DTC e‑commerce brands.
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and preferably Pinterest creative ecosystems.
• Experience leading, briefing or reviewing video editors, even in an informal capacity.
• Proven track record of ads that performed at scale with measurable results (spend, CPA, ROAS, CTR).
