Learning and Talent Development Manager

About the role

The Learning and Talent Development Manager will drive a high‑performance culture by designing and executing talent, performance and learning strategies that align with business objectives. Based in Dubai, this role partners with People & Culture and business leaders to shape employee experience and capability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the performance framework, including goal setting, calibration, feedback cycles and improvement initiatives.
• Drive succession planning and career development through evolving talent frameworks and workforce insights.
• Identify training needs and collaborate with internal and external partners to deliver impactful development programs.
• Manage engagement initiatives and annual surveys, turning insights into actionable cultural improvements.
• Oversee onboarding programs, partner training, and regulatory learning for both employees and external partners.
• Design and deliver a diverse portfolio of technical and soft‑skill courses, introducing new content aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain training calendars, optimise trainer utilisation and ensure effective programme delivery across platforms.

Required profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or a related field.
• Professional HR accreditations or certifications in psychometric assessments, coaching, etc., are a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of HR experience with a focus on L&D, performance management, employee engagement and talent management.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Results‑oriented mindset, thriving on execution and impact.
