Learning & Development Consultant – Automotive (UAE National)

About the role

The Learning & Development Consultant will play a key role in driving the digital transformation of learning and development initiatives within Al-Futtaim Automotive. This position involves designing and deploying innovative digital learning solutions that enhance employee capabilities and align with strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement digital learning solutions to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously with various stakeholders, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
• Utilize data to analyze and improve learning program metrics such as attendance, completion, and engagement rates.
• Convert complex subject‑matter documents into concise learning content suitable for frontline employees.
• Develop digital assets and learning materials that are engaging and effective for employee development.
• Ensure the effective launch and deployment of learning programs across the organization.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development or digital learning environments.
• Proven experience with digital learning platforms and tools, including AI‑driven solutions.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders.
