Learning & Development Specialist – Digital & Operations (UAE)

About the role

The Learning & Development Specialist will bring learning to life through engaging digital content, creative campaigns, and compelling presentations. Working across retail, corporate and operations functions, the role ensures a seamless learner experience while driving engagement and supporting business priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business and training needs into annual and monthly learning plans aligned with regional priorities and SLA commitments.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end delivery of classroom, virtual, blended and self‑learning solutions, ensuring facilitators and resources are ready.
• Drive learning engagement through campaigns, communication and social learning initiatives to foster a strong learning culture.
• Monitor delivery, completion and certification metrics via platforms and dashboards, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Required profile

• Proven experience in learning and development, preferably within retail or corporate environments.
• Ability to plan, communicate and deploy learning activities on schedule.
• Strong collaboration skills with store management, HR business partners, facilitators and subject‑matter experts.
• Experience managing compliance and mandatory training programs.
