Leasing & Commercial Analytics Manager

About the role

The Leasing & Commercial Analytics Manager reports directly to the General Manager and is responsible for driving commercial growth through data‑driven pricing, financial analysis and product strategy across SIXT Rent A Car, leasing, limo and corporate sales.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decisions and business cases.
• Analyse business performance, identify commercial opportunities and develop dashboards, reports and executive presentations.
• Design pricing strategies for rental, leasing and limo services, including EMI calculations and new mobility product concepts.
• Evaluate fleet economics, lifecycle profitability and funding structures; support negotiations with finance partners.
• Identify profitability improvement initiatives, automate commercial processes and contribute to strategic projects.
• Produce KPI dashboards, financial forecasts, scenario modelling and board‑level reports.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in commercial analytics, financial modelling or pricing strategy within the automotive or mobility sector.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to translate data insights into actionable business recommendations.
• Proven track record of influencing senior leadership with data‑driven insights.
