Leasing Team Lead

About the role

Think Realty Real Estate is seeking an ambitious Leasing Team Lead to drive the performance of its residential leasing team in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on leasing activities with leadership responsibilities, ensuring the team meets its targets while delivering exceptional client service.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop leasing agents, set individual and team targets, and monitor daily activity and pipeline.
• Lead regular team meetings, performance reviews and create a competitive, positive work environment.
• Oversee residential leasing transactions from lead generation to completion, assist agents with negotiations and client situations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage property listings and ensure effective marketing.
• Establish and track KPIs, analyse performance data, identify improvement areas and implement action plans.
• Lead by example by actively contributing to the team’s sales results.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai residential leasing experience.
• Previous senior consultant, team leader or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai rental market and a proven record of meeting leasing targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and client‑management abilities.
• Highly organised, target‑driven with a professional appearance; UAE driving licence preferred.
