Leasing Team Lead – Real Estate

About the role

Think Realty is seeking an ambitious Leasing Team Lead to drive the performance of its residential leasing team in Dubai. You will lead by example, supporting agents in negotiations, viewings, client management and deal closures while ensuring the team consistently meets its targets.

Key responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop leasing agents, set clear individual and team targets.
• Monitor daily activity, pipeline and performance; conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
• Oversee residential leasing transactions from lead generation to completion, assist agents with challenging negotiations and client situations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, manage listings and ensure properties are marketed effectively.
• Establish and track KPIs, analyse performance data and implement improvement action plans.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Dubai residential real‑estate experience.
• Proven track record of achieving leasing targets.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai rental market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership abilities.
• Highly organised, target‑driven and professional appearance.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
