Legal Advisor – Real Estate & Commercial

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Legal Advisor to support DGM Investment’s real‑estate and commercial activities in Dubai. The role involves managing legal documentation, contracts, compliance, dispute resolution and recovery cases within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review, organize and securely maintain all legal documents, including landlord, tenancy and third‑party agreements, while monitoring expiry dates and renewal deadlines.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalise tenancy agreements, commercial leases, service and vendor contracts, MOUs, NDAs and partnership agreements, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations.
• Identify legal and commercial risks in contracts and provide protective recommendations.
• Assist internal departments in customizing agreements and provide legal opinions on contractual disputes.
• Interact with clients and stakeholders, respond to legal inquiries, prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Stay updated on UAE real‑estate, labour, commercial and civil laws and ensure compliance with authorities such as DLD, RERA, MOHRE and relevant free‑zone regulators.
• Prepare legal reports, compliance summaries and support licensing, renewals, registrations and liquidation procedures.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, particularly those affecting real estate, labour and commercial matters.
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills.
• Experience handling tenancy disputes, legal recovery matters and regulatory coordination.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external parties.
