About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Associate to join our Dubai‑based legal services firm. The role involves providing advisory and litigation support across UAE civil, commercial, and corporate law, while ensuring high‑quality, client‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on matters relating to UAE civil, commercial, and corporate law.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents, contracts, and agreements in line with UAE legal standards.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in UAE legislation.
• Represent and support clients in dealings with UAE courts, government entities, and authorities as required.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide clear, accurate legal guidance.
• Coordinate with the business development team on new client onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain proper case files, records, and documentation in accordance with firm policy.
• Ensure all legal work is carried out with confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized university (e.g., Cairo University, Ain Shams University, Alexandria University) with at least a “Good” overall grade.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE laws, legal terminology, and court procedures.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication abilities in English and Arabic.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Current residence in the UAE.
