Legal & Compliance Specialist / Supervisor – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Legal & Compliance Specialist / Supervisor to shape and maintain our legal framework in the UAE. The role involves overseeing contracts, managing disputes, supporting corporate administration, and ensuring compliance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve the company’s legal and compliance management framework, including policies and SOPs.
• Develop and execute legal and compliance work plans across business functions.
• Manage the full contract lifecycle: draft templates, review and negotiate commercial agreements, and provide contractual guidance.
• Monitor contract management practices across subsidiaries and regional entities for consistency.
• Handle litigation, arbitration and other dispute matters, identifying risks and implementing preventive measures.
• Provide day‑to‑day legal advice to business teams and maintain relationships with external law firms.
• Coordinate corporate registration, license renewals, regulatory filings and company secretarial duties.
• Oversee intellectual property matters, including trademark registration and protection.
• Participate in legal‑tech initiatives, optimizing contract management platforms and driving process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in legal, compliance, corporate governance or related areas.
• Proven ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
