Legal Counsel

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Legal Counsel to join our Dubai office. The role involves providing expert legal advice, drafting and reviewing documents, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, particularly within the container rental and logistics sector.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver timely legal advice to internal stakeholders on a range of issues.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents.
• Monitor compliance with local laws and industry regulations.
• Assist in resolving disputes and legal matters affecting the business.
• Support risk-management initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of law and legal issues, preferably with exposure to logistics or rental industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law; advanced qualifications are a plus.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in providing legal assistance and resolving matters effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
