Legal Counsel – UAE Only

About the role

KATIM, a leader in secure communication solutions, is seeking a qualified Legal Counsel to join its team in the United Arab Emirates. The role will provide comprehensive legal support across all functions, focusing on contract drafting, negotiation and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Ensure KATIM’s operations comply with applicable UAE laws and regulations.
• Advise internal stakeholders on legal risks and mitigation strategies.
• Monitor changes in legislation affecting the company’s business units.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law from a university in the UAE.
• Minimum three years of experience drafting and negotiating contracts.
• Valid UAE lawyer license.

Required skills
