Legal Officer / Lawyer – Real Estate & Commercial

About the role

DGM Investment is seeking a proactive Legal Officer / Lawyer to oversee legal documentation, contracts, compliance, and dispute resolution within its dynamic real estate and commercial portfolio in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Review, organize, and securely maintain all legal records, ensuring timely renewal and compliance.
• Draft, review, negotiate and finalize tenancy agreements, commercial leases, service contracts, MOUs, NDAs and partnership agreements.
• Identify legal and commercial risks in contracts and recommend protective measures.
• Provide legal opinions, support contractual disputes and coordinate with internal departments.
• Interact with clients, respond to legal inquiries, prepare invoices and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Stay updated on UAE real‑estate, labour, commercial and civil law and ensure compliance with DLD, RERA, MOHRE and relevant free‑zone authorities.
• Prepare legal reports, compliance summaries and assist with licensing, renewals and liquidation procedures.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of UAE laws, especially real‑estate and commercial regulations.
• Experience handling tenancy disputes, legal recovery matters and regulatory coordination.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and able to manage multiple legal files simultaneously.
