Legal Recruitment Consultant – Dubai

About the role

You will work on a consultative basis to explore and understand client requirements, then develop tailored recruitment solutions that support their talent‑related needs. As a trusted advisor and regional subject leader, you will build a network of top legal professionals for mutual benefit.

Key responsibilities

• Create client‑focused recruitment solutions through consultative fact‑finding.
• Develop a strategic business development plan to build a scalable, sustainable client portfolio.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes with full responsibility for candidates and clients.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Grow the Michael Page brand and develop internal and external relationships.

Required profile

• Recruitment consulting experience with in‑house legal professionals or sales experience with knowledge of the legal sector and interest in recruitment.
• Proven track record of building client partnerships and tailoring recruitment solutions.
• Demonstrated loyalty and success in previous roles.
• Experience managing mutually beneficial relationships.
• Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
• Collaborative approach with a passion for delivering top‑quality service.
