Legal Representative – Court Litigation

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Legal Representative to act on behalf of the organization in all court and judicial proceedings. The role involves managing case lifecycles, ensuring compliance with rulings, and supporting internal legal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the organization before courts, tribunals and other judicial authorities.
• Monitor case progress, follow up with courts and official bodies, and ensure enforcement of judgments.
• Attend hearings and committee sessions, preparing detailed reports on outcomes.
• Draft memoranda, pleadings, applications and internal decisions under supervision.
• Coordinate implementation of court rulings with relevant departments.
• Assist in preparing compliance verification reports to ensure adherence to laws and organizational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent qualification.
• UAE nationality.
• Full‑time availability.

Required skills

• Legal research and analysis.
• Drafting of legal documents and memoranda.
• Case management and coordination with judicial authorities.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from 10,001 to 20,000 AED.
