Lifecycle Campaign Manager

About the role

ClearGrid is an AI‑driven fintech that is reshaping debt collection in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The Lifecycle Campaign Manager will own the “Journey” feature of Command, the platform that automates outbound contact strategies for lenders. You will translate client requirements into fully configured Journeys, ensure they run smoothly, and continuously optimise them to maximise collections while staying compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and configure client Journeys, including segmentation, deal‑stage routing and multi‑channel orchestration (AI voice, SMS, email).
• Run Proof‑of‑Value (POV) journeys, monitor performance and iterate post‑launch.
• Identify revenue‑growth opportunities within Journeys and prevent leakage by fixing inefficiencies.
• Maintain an early‑warning system for journey failures such as call or message delivery issues.
• Collaborate with Conversation Design and QA teams to refine prompts and flows.
• Conduct client demos, translate business needs into technical configurations, and support broader department tasks as needed.
