Lifeguard – Dubai

About the role

Green Shadow Group of Companies is seeking responsible and physically fit Lifeguards to join its team in Dubai. The role involves ensuring the safety of swimmers and guests at swimming pools and aquatic facilities, monitoring activities, preventing accidents, and responding swiftly to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor swimming pools and surrounding areas at all times.
• Ensure swimmers and guests follow pool safety rules.
• Respond immediately to emergencies and perform water rescues.
• Provide first aid and CPR in emergency situations.
• Conduct regular safety checks of the pool area and equipment.
• Maintain constant attention and awareness while on duty.
• Report accidents, incidents, hazards, or unsafe conditions to the supervisor.
• Maintain a professional and helpful attitude toward guests and visitors.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a Lifeguard (preferred).
• Valid Lifeguard Certification from a recognized provider.
• Valid First Aid and CPR certification.
• Physically fit and able to perform rescue and emergency duties.
• Good communication skills and basic English.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Responsible, alert, and safety‑conscious attitude.
