About the role

The Cove Rotana Resort is seeking a responsible Lifeguard to maintain a safe swimming environment for guests at its Ras Al Khaimah location. The successful candidate will be vigilant, well‑trained in water rescue, and able to respond quickly to emergencies.

Key responsibilities

Monitor activities in the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
Rescue swimmers in distress and provide first‑aid treatment as required.
Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to confirm they are in good working condition.
Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety checks.

Required profile

Certified lifeguard with current CPR and first‑aid certifications.
Strong swimming abilities and proven capacity to perform water rescues.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests.
Physical fitness and endurance to meet the demands of the role.
