About the role
The Cove Rotana Resort is seeking a responsible Lifeguard to maintain a safe swimming environment for guests at its Ras Al Khaimah location. The successful candidate will be vigilant, well‑trained in water rescue, and able to respond quickly to emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor activities in the pool area to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment.
- Rescue swimmers in distress and provide first‑aid treatment as required.
- Enforce pool rules and regulations to maintain order and safety.
- Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to confirm they are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents and safety checks.
Required profile
- Certified lifeguard with current CPR and first‑aid certifications.
- Strong swimming abilities and proven capacity to perform water rescues.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests.
- Physical fitness and endurance to meet the demands of the role.
