About the role

As a Lifestyle Concierge at Aspire Lifestyles MEA FZCO in Dubai, you will deliver bespoke concierge services to affluent and high‑net‑worth clients. The role requires proactive creation of unique experiences across travel, dining, wellness and luxury shopping, using multiple communication channels.

Key responsibilities

• Independently manage and fulfill high‑profile client requests via phone, email, chat and digital platforms.
• Act as primary liaison for escalated service concerns, coordinating with vendors to ensure resolutions meet company standards.
• Provide personalized interactions that exceed expectations and build lasting positive impressions.
• Deliver accurate, detailed information promptly to enhance client trust.
• Develop strong client rapport by understanding individual preferences and lifestyle expectations.
• Anticipate client needs and propose innovative, value‑added recommendations.
• Leverage comprehensive knowledge of luxury travel, dining, entertainment, wellness and shopping to inform service delivery.
• Maintain meticulous client profiles to improve future engagements.
• Own complex and escalated service requests from inception to resolution.
• Foster productive partnerships with suppliers and service providers to secure exclusive benefits.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills across telephone, email, chat and emerging digital platforms.
• High level of discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive client information.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work autonomously.
• Ability to build and nurture long‑term client relationships.
