Linen & Uniform Attendant – Hospitality

About the role

The Royal Stables Private Members Club in Abu Dhabi is looking for a diligent Linen & Uniform Attendant to oversee the handling, distribution and care of all linen and uniform items used across the club’s hospitality and equestrian facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, sort, count, store, distribute and collect linen and uniforms daily.
• Issue uniforms to staff based on role, size, shift and operational needs.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, issues, returns, damages and replacements.
• Inspect items for cleanliness, stains, damage or wear and separate unusable pieces for repair or replacement.
• Ensure clean items are folded, labelled and stored correctly.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, laundry, operations, equestrian and procurement teams.
• Prepare and supply linen and uniforms for villas, guest areas, events and daily operations.
• Monitor inventory, report replenishment needs and support uniform fitting and exchange procedures.
• Follow hygiene, health‑safety, security and stock‑control procedures.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality, hotel or similar environment handling textiles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized storage areas.
• Good communication skills to liaise with multiple internal teams.
• Physical ability to lift and move linen loads.

Required skills

• Inventory tracking and record‑keeping.
• Basic use of inventory management tools or spreadsheets.
• Understanding of hygiene and safety standards for textile handling.
