LiveKit Deployment Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a LiveKit Deployment Engineer to own the end‑to‑end infrastructure of a fast‑growing voice AI platform. You will be responsible for deploying, scaling and maintaining LiveKit SFUs, SIP bridges and agents on Kubernetes to support thousands of concurrent, low‑latency voice calls worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and scale LiveKit SFUs, SIP bridges, and agents on Kubernetes for global high availability.
• Implement comprehensive logging, metrics and alerting to ensure platform reliability before issues affect users.
• Perform capacity planning and manage autoscaling for thousands of simultaneous, latency‑sensitive voice sessions.

Required profile

• Proven production experience deploying and operating the LiveKit stack (SFU, SIP, agents) at significant scale.
• Deep technical knowledge of the media path, including SIP, RTP/WebRTC, codecs, jitter and packet loss.
• Expertise in Kubernetes operations for stateful, real‑time workloads and building observability for voice systems.
