Lobby Host – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Lobby Host welcomes guests to One&Only One Za'abeel, creating a warm first impression and ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience. This role blends hospitality expertise with genuine enthusiasm to deliver the brand’s signature One Welcome service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a sincere smile and offer One Welcome amenities such as juice, water or chilled towels.
• Escort guests to the lobby, outlets or other areas and provide a thorough room orientation in line with Forbes and LQA standards.
• Assist with luggage handling, car parking and transportation arrangements as needed.
• Collaborate closely with Front Office and Guest Services teams to coordinate arrivals and departures.
• Proactively respond to guest inquiries, anticipate special requests and direct them to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of all hotel outlets, operating hours, menus, facilities and on‑property events.
• Support the Host team with in‑room setup, special touches and personalized experiences.
