About the role
Join Accor’s vibrant hotel in Ras Al Khaimah as a Lobby Hostess, where you will be the first point of contact for guests and help create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects the brand’s avant‑garde luxury style.
Key responsibilities
- Greet all guests upon arrival with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Answer guest inquiries, provide directions and recommend hotel services.
- Maintain a polished presence in the lobby at all times.
- Coordinate with Front Office and Guest Relations to fulfill guest requests.
- Monitor lobby activity, identify any issues and report them promptly.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and well‑groomed appearance.
