About the role
The Lobby Hostess creates a warm first impression for guests arriving at The Cove Rotana Resort in Ras Al Khaimah. You will greet visitors, provide information about the hotel’s services and facilities, and ensure the lobby environment is welcoming and orderly.
Key responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the resort.
- Provide accurate information on hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and special requests.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑presented lobby area.
- Monitor guest flow, manage waiting lists and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and grooming.
- Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure.
- Multilingual ability is a plus.
Required skills
- Strong verbal communication.
- Customer service orientation.
- Attention to detail.
- Basic computer proficiency for handling reservations and guest requests.
