Logistics Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an organized and detail‑oriented Logistics Assistant to support our logistics, inventory, purchasing, and supply chain operations in the aviation aftermarket industry. This full‑time, on‑site position is based in our Dubai office and involves coordinating the movement of goods, tracking shipments, managing inventory records, and collaborating with suppliers, carriers, and customers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate transportation and delivery of goods to customers and warehouses.
• Track shipments, resolve delivery issues and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork, including HS Code classification.
• Manage inventory records and support purchasing processes.
• Coordinate air‑freight shipments and handle related documentation.
• Analyze logistics data and prepare reports for management.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory management, logistics, purchasing and customer service.
• Familiarity with air‑freight coordination and HS Code classification.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem‑solving ability and practical approach to delays.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field preferred.
