About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing end‑to‑end supply‑chain activities to ensure smooth shipment and delivery processes.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations from shipment to delivery.
- Arrange transportation, track shipments and invoices, and ensure timely delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents and customs requirements.
- Resolve logistics‑related issues or delays efficiently.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of import/export shipping procedures, documentation and UAE customs regulations.
- Strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Currently available in the UAE for immediate joining.
