About the role
The Logistics Coordinator will support the efficient and safe operation of our yard, focusing on air and sea logistics. You will work closely with the site operations team to ensure smooth daily activities and compliance with safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating with the site operations team.
- Implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures in the yard.
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of yard activities.
- Ensuring team availability for operations and managing daily schedules.
- Updating and sending daily operation reports to the manager.
- Monitoring adherence to safety rules and regulations.
- Managing tasks, completion dates, and work‑in‑progress status.
- Performing any additional tasks assigned by the manager to meet business needs.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the logistics industry.
- Strong communication, planning and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently while following safety regulations.
