Logistics Coordinator – End-to-End Operations in Dubai

About the role

We are an industrial SME specializing in high‑pressure pump equipment based in Jebel Ali, Dubai. We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end logistics, inventory control, import/export documentation and cross‑functional coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order placement through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and third‑party logistics providers to ensure timely shipment execution.
• Plan transportation routes and coordinate carrier schedules to optimize delivery performance and cost efficiency.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a similar ERP system.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Experience handling freight and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with Free Zone or bonded warehouse regulations, particularly in Jebel Ali.
• Immediately available and able to work full‑time in Dubai.
