Logistics Coordinator – End‑to‑End Operations in Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to oversee end‑to‑end logistics operations for a high‑pressure pump equipment SME based in Jebel Ali Free Zone, Dubai. The role involves managing shipments, inventory, and documentation while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments from order placement through final delivery.
• Prepare, review, and maintain shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, customs brokers, and third‑party logistics providers to ensure timely execution.
• Plan transportation routes and carrier schedules to optimise cost efficiency and delivery performance.
• Monitor shipment status, resolve transportation issues, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with Free Zone and bonded warehouse regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics coordination, preferably within a free‑zone environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and stock control processes.
• Familiarity with freight and shipping documentation requirements.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across functions.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or a comparable ERP system.
• Hands‑on experience with inventory management tools.
