Logistics Coordinator

About the role

TechnipFMC is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage inbound shipments to its ICAD facility and support import/export logistics for oilfield operations. The role ensures timely customs clearance, compliance, and efficient delivery to field sites.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring customs clearance and regulatory compliance.
• Plan, schedule and execute local deliveries to oilfield sites using approved transport providers.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, including delivery notes, work orders, transport logs and supporting documentation.
• Monitor transport performance, address delays, and ensure continuity of field operations.
• Liaise with vendors, freight forwarders, clearing agents and site teams to align logistics with operational needs.
• Prepare commercial invoices and packing lists based on purchase orders and warehouse packaging details.
• Track logistics performance against KPIs, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse and field teams to align logistics planning with project schedules.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing logistics data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) with at least 5 years in logistics, customer order management, inventory or related fields.
• Proven oilfield logistics experience.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
