Senior Demand Planner

About the role

HALCON is seeking a Senior Demand Planner to join its defence and aerospace supply chain team. You will work closely with Sales, Program Management and Engineering to consolidate demand, manage the master production schedule in SAP and ensure seamless coordination between customer projects and supply planning.

Key responsibilities

• Consolidate and analyse demand forecasts from multiple sources.
• Prepare, maintain and optimise the master production schedule in SAP.
• Coordinate with Supply Planning to fulfil customer project requirements.
• Monitor operational parameters and adjust plans for optimal performance.
• Act as the primary liaison with Program, Engineering, SCM and Manufacturing teams.
• Ensure ERP systems deliver accurate, real‑time data.
• Develop and validate multi‑level demand forecasts.
• Analyse supply‑demand constraints and optimise inventory levels.
• Compile and report monthly KPIs.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in demand planning, preferably in defence, aerospace or related manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Automotive or Aerospace Engineering.
• Fluent English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• SAP (master production scheduling module).
• Experience with MRP/ERP planning systems.
