Logistics Coordinator

About the role

RH Aero Systems is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end‑to‑end logistics and supply‑chain activities across its global operations. The role ensures timely movement of goods, compliance with shipping regulations, and supports inventory control in a fast‑paced aerospace environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, scheduling deliveries with carriers and freight providers.
• Track shipments, update stakeholders on delivery status, and resolve any delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and customs paperwork.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock control and warehouse operations.
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations.
• Identify opportunities to optimize logistics processes for efficiency and cost reduction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or aerospace logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, customs regulations, and logistics documentation.
• Experience coordinating shipments across multiple regions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP or transportation management systems such as SAP or Epicor (advantage).
• Good understanding of inventory management and warehouse coordination.
