Logistics Coordinator

About the role

We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to oversee daily logistics operations across the UAE and support cross‑border shipments to KSA and other GCC nations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule daily deliveries in line with customer and business requirements.
• Coordinate with warehouse, sales, customers, drivers and other departments to ensure smooth deliveries.
• Assign vehicles and drivers, monitor delivery status and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Prepare and maintain delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and other logistics documents.
• Collect and verify Proof of Delivery (POD) and follow up on missing documentation.
• Manage vehicle allocation, maintenance, registration, insurance and driver records.
• Coordinate cross‑border logistics for shipments to KSA and other GCC countries, ensuring all required customs and transport documents are in place.
• Produce daily and weekly logistics reports and maintain accurate records of deliveries and shipments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in logistics, transportation or delivery coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Good communication skills to liaise with internal teams, drivers and external partners.
