Logistics & Delivery Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Logistics & Delivery Coordinator who is fluent in Arabic and English to oversee day‑to‑day delivery operations across the GCC. The role focuses on coordinating shipments, booking couriers, tracking deliveries and keeping our fulfillment centre stocked, without any heavy physical warehouse work.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily deliveries and shipments across GCC countries using Warehouse Management Systems and last‑mile delivery platforms.
• Book, track and ensure timely, accurate shipments while preparing shipping labels, invoices and delivery records.
• Communicate with courier partners and logistics providers to resolve issues and delays.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, logistics documentation and data entry in internal systems.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking of the fulfillment centre.
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to support smooth order processing and dispatch planning.
• Provide general logistics coordination and reporting as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field.
• Entry‑level candidates and fresh graduates are welcome.
• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
• Currently based in the UAE and available to start immediately.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate various logistics and courier platforms.
