About the role
We are seeking a Logistics Executive to oversee daily delivery planning and fleet management for a leading FMCG distributor in Sharjah. The role ensures timely distribution across Modern Trade, Traditional Trade, E‑commerce and HORECA channels.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes and distribution activities to meet service targets.
- Manage the company fleet, including vehicle allocation, fuel consumption monitoring, Salik/DARB recharges and routine maintenance.
- Supervise drivers and helpers, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations.
- Monitor fleet and delivery expenses, resolve operational issues and keep accurate logistics records.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of logistics or distribution experience, preferably in FMCG.
- Hands‑on experience with route planning, fleet management and distribution operations.
- Strong knowledge of UAE routes, distances and local regulations.
- Fluent in Hindi and English.
