Logistics Executive

About the role

Amplicon Middle East is seeking a motivated and organized Logistics Executive to oversee procurement, shipments, import/export documentation, order fulfillment, inventory, and logistics costs across the UAE and GCC. The role ensures timely delivery of customer orders while coordinating with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs, and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Issue and manage purchase orders, verify pricing, obtain supplier confirmations, and track orders to completion.
• Coordinate international shipments, advise on optimal routes, and proactively track deliveries.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and authorities to ensure smooth clearance.
• Process customer orders, arrange outbound shipments, and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Prepare and maintain import/export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL, certificates of origin, and MOFAIC attestations.
• Negotiate freight rates, calculate landed costs, and manage transportation expenses.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, support replenishment planning, and conduct regular stock takes.
• Provide operational reports and continuously improve logistics processes.

Required skills

• Experience with Zoho or similar ERP/CRM platforms.
• Knowledge of import/export procedures and customs regulations.
• Familiarity with freight negotiation and cost calculation.
