Logistics Executive – Retail

About the role

The Logistics Executive will support logistics and finance operations for Al Futtaim Watches & Jewellery, ensuring smooth inbound and outbound processes for assigned retail brands. This role combines administrative duties with coordination of supply‑chain activities to maintain accurate inventory and timely payments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage all inbound activities in SAP Material Management, including vendor, material and brand master data creation.
• Coordinate with warehouses, vendors, insurance providers, 3PL clearing agents and brand teams to handle end‑to‑end supply‑chain documentation from shipment handover to stock receipt.
• Process bank guarantees, letters of credit and documentary payments in collaboration with brand managers and finance.
• Maintain monthly import plans, generate import reports and provide documentation for finance clearance.
• Handle outbound processes: create sales orders in SAP, generate pro‑forma invoices, process picking, packing and invoicing, and manage 3PL shipment documentation.
• Initiate weekly payments for 3PL invoices (freight, courier, customs) and maintain a monitoring database.
• Reconcile overseas stock reports with SAP records bi‑weekly, working with warehouse, sourcing and finance to resolve discrepancies.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics coordination and finance support within a retail environment.
• Ability to work with multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate documentation and timely processing.
• Strong analytical mindset for inventory reconciliation and payment monitoring.
