Logistics Executive – Retail

About the role

The Logistics Executive supports both logistics and finance operations for Al-Futtaim Watches & Jewellery. Working within a retail environment, the role ensures smooth inbound and outbound supply‑chain activities, handling administrative tasks and coordinating with internal and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Perform inbound activities in SAP Material Management, including vendor, MC and brand creation.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes with warehouses, vendors, insurance, 3PL agents and brand teams.
• Process bank guarantees, letters of credit and documentary payments in collaboration with brand managers.
• Prepare documentation for finance clearance of advance payments and import plans.
• Process outbound sales orders in SAP, generate pro‑forma invoices and manage picking, packing and shipment documentation.
• Facilitate shipments through 3PL partners, ensuring accurate invoices, packing lists and attestations.

Required profile

• Experience in logistics or supply‑chain administration within a retail setting.
• Familiarity with financial documentation such as bank guarantees, LCs and DPs.
• Strong coordination skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
