Logistics Lead – Offshore Subsea Project

About the role

The Logistics Lead will oversee all logistics activities for ADNOC offshore operations, ensuring the efficient movement of personnel, equipment, and materials between on‑shore bases and offshore assets. This position supports production, drilling, maintenance, construction and project execution across a high‑profile offshore development in Abu Dhabi.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate logistics for offshore production facilities, drilling rigs, artificial islands and platforms.
• Develop logistics plans for maintenance campaigns, shutdowns and capital projects.
• Manage vessel movements, including supply vessels, crew boats, barges and construction support vessels.
• Coordinate helicopter schedules for offshore personnel and ensure compliance with marine and aviation safety standards.
• Oversee material flow from suppliers and warehouses to offshore sites, including critical spare‑parts management.
• Optimize logistics resources to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in offshore logistics planning and coordination.
• Familiarity with ADNOC HSE standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ability to work with contractors, marine operators and aviation service providers.
• Strong organizational skills for managing complex supply chains.
