Logistics Manager – Aldar Infra Projects

About the role

KBR is seeking a Logistics Manager to lead logistics planning and execution for Aldar Infra projects in Abu Dhabi. Reporting to the Programme Director, you will shape logistics strategies that support the development of transportation networks, utilities, residential housing, educational facilities, and community spaces.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor and update the Project Logistics Management Plan.
• Coordinate with consultants and contractors to ensure seamless project operations and timely delivery.
• Oversee logistics arrangements on multiple project sites, ensuring compliance with approved plans and project deliverables.
• Manage site security, traffic flow, and equipment allocation across all locations.
• Ensure logistics activities meet QHS&E (Quality, Health, Safety & Environment) standards.
• Collaborate with site teams to resolve logistics issues and minimise disruptions to schedules.
• Prepare regular performance reports and site condition updates.
• Supervise relevant consultant and contractor logistics teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 180 months (15 years) of logistics experience, preferably in large‑scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Proven ability to lead multi‑site logistics operations and manage cross‑functional teams.
• Strong understanding of QHS&E requirements related to logistics.
