Logistics Manager – Construction & Marine Projects

About the role

The Logistics Manager will coordinate and liaise with contractors, consultants and stakeholders to develop and implement safe, efficient logistics solutions for the Hudayriyat East Development and adjacent projects. This role ensures seamless integration of land and sea logistics, supporting construction, marine and dredging activities.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics requirements with all contractors, especially marine and dredging firms.
• Work closely with Health and Safety teams to incorporate risk assessments and approvals into logistical plans.
• Assist logistical consultants in creating comprehensive logistics plans and systems.
• Develop and manage traffic management plans, site access, and parking arrangements.
• Review and approve contractors' logistical proposals and technical sub‑missions such as method statements and major plant movements.
• Ensure safe and efficient logistical operations on land and sea, including site possessions and VIP visitor programmes.
• Support the overall Project Logistics Plan covering material, plant, equipment, personnel, waste disposal and security.

Required profile

• Proven experience coordinating logistics for large‑scale construction or marine projects.
• Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to logistics activities.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple contractors and stakeholders.
• Experience in developing traffic management and site logistics plans.
