Logistics Manager – Warehouse & Fleet Operations

About the role

The Logistics Manager leads all warehouse and logistics activities, ensuring efficient material flow, safety, and cost‑effectiveness across multiple storage locations. This role coordinates closely with procurement, operations, and HSE teams to support the organization’s operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and supervise warehouse and logistics staff.
• Plan, coordinate and oversee all warehouse operations, including receipt, inspection, storage, issuance and distribution of materials.
• Manage Abu Dhabi Airports fleet operations and vehicle/equipment maintenance.
• Optimize warehouse space utilization and handle scrap material disposal and sales.
• Monitor outsourced service provider performance and manage budgets and financial records.
• Conduct safety drills, promote HSE awareness and support risk assessments.
• Maintain inventory documentation, ERP transactions and audit records.
• Coordinate with procurement and end‑users to resolve material‑related issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Specialised training in Supply Chain Management, Warehouse Management or Inventory Management.
• Minimum 7 years supervisory experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse safety systems, first aid and fire prevention.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience using databases.
• Advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
